Hello

Hi! I’m Barbara, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the founder of BG Clinical Intervention. I’ve been working in the field of mental health over 15 years.

My professional journey began in education, where I taught in a self-contained autism classroom before transitioning into behavior analysis. I hold a graduate degree in Social Work and have several years of experience in mental health, supporting clients and their families in improving their lives. In 2018, I discovered my true calling: helping families and children with diverse needs gain the support and skills they need to thrive. That experience ignited my passion for individualized care and led me to pursue certification as a BCBA. I am currently completing advanced coursework to further expand my knowledge and skill set, with the goal of integrating both fields to provide collaborative, client-centered care.
